The PRO RENTAL
For Photographers with Business Liability Insurance
Studio Borealis offers Pro Rentals for photographers and creatives who have business liability insurance. This option provides access to the full studio and is designed for professionals who require a more comprehensive setup. Pro Rentals offer a lower rate due to the reduced risk, and bookings are available for up to 8 hours with flexible pricing.

With the Pro Rental, you’ll have full access to the studio, including our natural light space, white-sweep cyclorama, lighting stands, and basic photography amenities (lights not included). You’ll also have access to the greenroom, bathroom, and beverage station, along with keycode entry for self-guided access.

The rate for the Pro Rental is $115 per hour. After the first hour, you can book additional time in half-hour increments at $25 per half-hour. Rentals are available for up to 8 hours. A down payment of 50% is required upfront to confirm your reservation, with the final fee due 5 days before your booking.

To book your Pro Rental, check the availability on the calendar below, select your preferred time, and complete your booking with online down payment. Availability is limited to the times shown on the calendar, so be sure to book in advance. If you don’t see the time you need, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
