Studio Policies

We're excited to provide you with everything you need to capture stunning photos. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review this information before your shoot.

Studio Access

Studio Access Areas: When gearing up for your photo shoot, keep in mind that your access includes the areas highlighted in white on the map.

Paper Rolls Usage:

If you plan to use paper rolls, be aware of a $25 rental fee.

Wall-mounted rolls are complimentary, as long as they are not fully rolled out and remain undamaged.

Equipment Access: Except for rented paper backdrops, all equipment in the open storage area is at your disposal. This includes stands, reflectors, umbrellas, and items in the drawer unit. If you plan to shoot in the Cyclorama, remember to bring your own studio lights as we don't currently offer studio lighting for rent.

Coffee Bar Section: In the coffee bar section, nearly everything is available for your use, excluding items on the left side of the mini-fridge (reserved for members). After use, kindly wash and store any dishes. Explore the top drawer for extra Nespresso Pods, tea options, and coffee add-ons.

Guidelines

Kindness and Consideration: Treat the studio and fellow users with kindness and consideration.

Usage Limitation: The studio is exclusively for photography/videography purposes. No events are allowed.

No Smoking or Substance Use: Refrain from using drugs, alcohol, smoking, or vaping inside the studio or its surrounding areas.
Fire Safety: The studio maintains a strict no-fire policy, encompassing the prohibition of candles and any other items or activities that could potentially cause a fire.

No Glitter, Limit Confetti: Strictly avoid the use of glitter, and if possible, refrain from incorporating confetti or any excessively messy elements.

Overhead Door Permission: Do not open the overhead door without prior permission.

Heavy Equipment and Furniture: Avoid moving heavy equipment or furniture without assistance.

Prop and Gear Placement: Return all props, gear, and furniture to their original locations after use.
Pet Policy: Domestic pets are allowed, with certain restrictions. Please refer to our pet guidelines here.
Cyclorama usage: Special care must be made when using the Cyclorama. Please read through the rules carefully and inform your clients of our policies. View them here.

Cleanliness Responsibility: It is your responsibility to leave the studio as clean as you found it. Cleaning supplies are available in the open storage area and under the sink of the coffee bar. Tidy any mess and dispose of trash in designated bins.

Before Your Shoot

Early Arrival: You may arrive up to 10 minutes early for your shoot. However, if there is a shoot before yours, kindly wait to enter until your scheduled time.

Keybox Access: If using the keybox, please wait until the photographer before you has completely vacated the space.

After Your Shoot

Space Cleanup: Ensure the studio remains pristine by leaving it just as you found it. Utilize the cleaning supplies located in the open storage area and under the coffee bar sink. Return all props, furniture, and equipment to their original positions.

Trash Disposal: Contribute to a tidy studio environment by disposing of all trash in the designated bins.

Personal Belongings: Pack up all personal belongings and take them with you after your session.

Lights: Be mindful of energy consumption by turning off all lights before you leave.

Keybox Notice: If you utilized the keybox to enter the studio, please adhere to our guidelines for securing the space. In case another photographer is scheduled for studio use after your session, they are required to access the space through the keybox. It is imperative that you thoroughly lock up the studio post your session, irrespective of whether someone is waiting to access it. Your cooperation is crucial for a seamless transition and minimizes any potential confusion regarding studio access and security measures.

Time Management: It's crucial to wrap up your session within the allocated time, as there may be another photographer using the space afterward. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional fee of $50 for every 15 minutes beyond your session time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
