Rates
Studio Borealis is rentable by the hour or by the day. The rates include the use of the space (for photography/videography purposes only), furniture, light stands, and reflectors in the common storage area. There is an additional fee of $25 per day for the use of paper backdrops.
1 Hour: $115
90-Minutes: $135
2 Hours: $175
4 hours: $325
8 Hours:$650
Your time includes both your set up before the session and your clean up after your session. A signed user agreement and a retainer of 50% towards your session fee are required for booking. In addition, you must be able to show proof of liability of insurance 48 hours after your booking. Users and their clients must follow the studio rules or additional fees may apply.
